County Lock, Reading, River Kennet

Still here - though the water is going down.  We can see 4 bricks on the lock side now.  -  And there is always a silver lining...  The canoeists were enjoying the white water rafting on the weir.

The launderette was a lot closer to this lock than when we were in Abbey Walk, so I took the opportunity to get some washing done and even managed to get a bus back down the hill.

As we are surrounded by water I was thinking of fish.  I stuck lots of plastic dolphins onto squares of pearlised card and stuck then onto a larger square of white card, matted onto blue and then silver card.  I left the last, bottom right hand square and stuck that in the bottom right hand corner of the card.
